Jud has 25 years of experience working in senior management roles and as a trusted advisor to dozens of companies including start-ups, turnarounds, rapid growth, and Fortune 500 companies. Jud works closely with CEOs to create and execute on business plans that maximize revenue growth, cost efficiencies, profitability, and other key competitive advantages.
A key focus for Jud is designing and executing mass customization programs. He has developed and managed custom product launches for multinational brands including Nike, Reebok, and Timberland. He recently launched a customization line for Wild Things, a leading technical apparel brand.
A summary of Jud's recent roles is below:
1) Built HQ operations for subsidiaries of global brands such as Clif Bar & Co. and Derby Cyclewerke, Gmbh.
2) Completed several factory build out/production optimization projects for apparel, food, manufacturing, and medical device companies.
3) Experience growing revenues from $5M to $80M during tenure as VP of Sales at Power Bar.
4) Founded and led a manufacturing/supply chain services company and created significant cost reductions as Director of Operations/Manufacturing for a medical device company.

Kim has approximately 17 years of investment banking experience which includes capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and key strategic partnership transactions. Most recently she was the VP of the Corporate Advisory Group for LRG Capital Group, a boutique investment firm based in Marin, CA. Prior to that, she founded KTL Consulting and advised several companies on buy-side acquisitions, financial due diligence, valuation analysis, offer negotiations, and financial structuring. Previously, as the Vice President of Merriman Curhan Ford Corporation’s investment banking group, she was responsible for securing and executing equity and debt financings, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. As Director of Business and Corporate Development for Yahoo!, Inc., Kim oversaw and built key strategic partnerships for Yahoo’s Latin American division. In addition, she was part of the debt capital markets group at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and the equities division of Morgan Stanley. Kim received her MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College (1995) and her B.A. from Colby College (1988).
